Welcome to Pup Mobile! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pup Mobile’s transportation and mobile kennel services (“Services”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are legally binding.

- “Pup Mobile,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Pup Mobile, LLC.
- “User,” “you,” or “pet owner” refers to the individual requesting or using the Services.
- “Pet” refers to any domesticated animal being transported or boarded.
- “Handlers” refers to Pup Mobile drivers, staff, or contractors.

Service Scope
Pup Mobile provides:
- Scheduled and on-demand pet-only transportation.
- Temporary pet boarding at events using mobile kennel units.
- Pet handling for drop-off/pickup at designated locations (e.g., groomers, daycare, vet clinics).
IMPORTANT: Pup Mobile does not directly provide veterinary, grooming, or training services. We do not monitor medical conditions, administer medication, or offer emergency care. We are not a substitute for professional pet medical, behavioral, or emergency services.

Health and Behavior Requirements
You agree to:
- Only use our Services for pets in safe, stable condition for transport.
- Ensure your pet is not in medical distress at the time of pickup.
- Confirm that your pet is vaccinated, parasite-free, and non-aggressive, unless otherwise disclosed and pre-approved.
- Disclose any special handling needs, temperament issues, or medical concerns before service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transport if a pet appears to pose a danger to our staff, equipment, or other animals.

Emergency Disclaimer
Pup Mobile does not provide emergency response services. In the event of a medical emergency during transit:
- We may attempt to contact the owner but will not deviate from the scheduled route or seek medical care.
- You are solely responsible for making arrangements with your veterinary provider and should ensure you or your vet are reachable during transport.
- We are not liable for injury, illness, or death of a pet while in transit, including but not limited to pre-existing conditions, seizures, anxiety, or stress-related events.

Owner Responsibilities
As a user of Pup Mobile, you are responsible for the following:

Accurate Pet Information
You must provide complete and accurate:
- Pet name, species, breed, weight, and age
- Health and behavioral history
- Vaccination status and vet contact info (for your records)

Pre-Transport Preparation
- Ensure your pet is leashed, crated, or harnessed as required
- Provide any required documents (e.g., vaccination proof) if requested by boarding/event venues
- Provide clear instructions if your pet is to be handed off to a third party (e.g., a vet tech)

Pick-up and Drop-off
- Be present (or have a designated contact) at pickup and drop-off locations
- Late arrivals or missed connections may incur additional fees or result in the pet being returned to a holding location at your expense

Safe Conduct
- Do not book Pup Mobile for a pet that is sedated, violent, or in visible medical distress
- Do not use Pup Mobile during extreme weather conditions unless agreed upon in advance
- Do not leave any essential medications or documents with your pet unless explicitly arranged

Property Damage & Safety
You are responsible for:
- Any damage your pet causes to Pup Mobile vehicles, crates, or equipment
- Injuries your pet inflicts on staff, other pets, or the public during or after service
- Ensuring your pet does not pose a safety risk to Pup Mobile or others

Liability Waiver
By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept:
- Pup Mobile acts solely as a transport service provider and assumes no liability for the health or behavior of any pet
- You waive all claims against Pup Mobile for loss, injury, escape, death, or damage to property, except in cases of gross negligence
- You accept full responsibility for all consequences of transporting your pet, including any related to health, behavior, or third-party interactions

Fees & Payment
All fees must be paid prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may result in service denial or additional fees.
We reserve the right to:
- Modify rates with notice
- Apply cancellation or no-show fees
- Charge recovery or cleaning fees for damage, excessive waste, or aggressive incidents

Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a 50% fee
- No refund is given for same-day cancellations or missed pickups

Force Majeure
Pup Mobile is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failure due to events beyond our control, including weather, mechanical failure, traffic, public safety events, or emergencies.

Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to provide services. We do not share your information except as required by law or explicitly authorized by you.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at any time due to:
- Non-payment
- Pet safety concerns
- Violations of these Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the state, and you waive your right to a jury trial.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
